You can go by car that has to be a 4x4 or 4x2 vehicle (on the contrary, you are not allowed to enter by security measures), bus or private transfer. Have in mind that by going on your own to San Blas, you are also taking a risk that there might be no spot for you in a boat or an island of choice and you will have no other option than to return home.
