8-Hour Mount Hood Tour
This 8-hour tour starts at a pick-up point that you can agree with the tour operator, from there you will go to Mount Hood, there you can admire a beautiful view. After this you will go to Timberline lodge and then to Multnomah one of the highest waterfalls in the United States. In the end you will be able to admire a beautiful landscape from Vista House in Crown Point. After this day of emotions, you will return to the collection point.

Detailed Description
This tour begins leaving from Portland at 9:00 AM, from there you will be driven to Mount Hood which is the highest place in Oregon, this is a very popular stratovolcano for skiing and snowboarding throughout the year.
Along the way you will see beautiful landscapes full of greenery while the guide tells you stories of the areas through which you will pass.
You will have the opportunity to go to Timberline Lodge, place of recording of "The Shining" by Jack Nicholson, you will also have the pleasure of seeing one of the highest waterfalls in the country, Multnomah this has a drop of 800 meters.
Then, on the way back you can visit Vista House in Crown Point, a popular resting place for travelers that also serves as a memorial for Oregon's pioneers. The end of this tour will be around 5:00 PM in the same place where you were picked up.

Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice prior to your tour date/time. All cancellations received a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour will be given a full refund. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your tour, we will offer to accommodate you on a later tour with availability that fits with your schedule.

What is included in the price of my tour?
The cost of your tour includes everything except gratuity! All tasting fees on the wine and beer tours are covered by Oregon Tour Co. The wine tours also include a picnic lunch, along with plenty of bottled water.

Are these tours handicap accessible?
If you require handicap or special assistance, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements for you. All our tours can be modified slightly for those with mobility limitations. Please note that if you require a wheelchair ramp or a specialty vehicle there may be additional costs associated as we will be renting a vehicle beforehand to accommodate your needs. Please contact us with your special request.

Absolutely! If there is something special you would like to see or do please contact us directly and let us know! We will be able to put together a custom tour just for you. Pricing will depend on driver availability, length of the tour and itinerary selected.

Can I have my own private tour?
Yes. We are willing to provide guaranteed private tours for groups ranging in size from 1-7 with an additional fee. The additional fee depends on the size of the group. However, if you book a tour directly on our website and you or your group are the only people who book that tour for that day, you will be charged the standard tour rate per person.

Absolutely! We can easily handle groups up to 14 and can accommodate larger groups with advance notice. Please contact us directly to discuss your individual needs.

Are these tours child/baby friendly?
With exception of our Gold Medal Beer Tour, all our other tours are child friendly. We do not provide booster or car seats. If your child needs a booster or car seat, you will be required to bring your own and set it up within the vehicle.
