Detailed Description
The tour starts, leaving the hotel in the Riviera Maya or Cancun in a Mercedez Benz Unimog 4x4 car, arriving at the National Park Maya, around 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM, from there we go to the archaeological area where the tour has a duration approximately of 1 hours and 45 minutes, where we can appreciate the ruins and vegetation of ancient Mayan civilizations, while the guide tells us the history behind these architectural marvels of that time.
Then, we will go to the Jungle Maya where we will have a delicious typical lunch and enjoy the extreme activities of the park like canopy, we can also refresh ourselves by snorkeling in the longest river of the world, and also enjoy the different activities that can be done there, at the same time we will explore its beauty and its crystalline waters, this tour of activities has a duration approximately of 3 hours.
Ending this wonderful tour, full of art, culture, architecture, history and spectacular landscapes of the Mayan culture, we will return to the hotel in the Riviera Maya or Cancun where we begin our journey.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be charged a 6% cancellation fee of the total amount.
Cancellations should be carried out at least two days before the date of your booked tour.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a booked tour will incur an additional fee of $20.00 USD.
A reimbursement to your credit/debit card will occur after 15 – 20 days from the date of request.
There will be no refund on unused tickets or cancellations made on the same day of a tour.
In case of a no-show on the day of the tour, a refund of the total amount (minus the 6% handling fee) will be made ONLY upon receipt of a medical certificate justifying the no-show.
Change of the date of the tour can be done within 48 hours prior to the tour date.

How should one dress and what items should one bring to the expedition?
We recommend comfortable clothing with a bathing suit on underneath, an additional set of dry clothes, a long sleeve t-shirt, please only bring biodegradable suntan lotion and mosquito repellent. Note: To avoid the pollution of our cenotes, we kindly ask you to not use any suntan lotion or mosquito repellent until advised by our guide.

We offer a typical regional buffet, although there is not a special menu designed for vegetarian, we do have vegetable soup, potato patties, salad, rice, beans , and fruit of the season.

The height of the zip-lines varies between 6 meters to 25 meters. The distance of the zip-lines varies between 60 meters to 210 meters.

Do we need to bring some money with us?
It is highly recommended to carry cash or credit card, because in all our expeditions there are photo service, which are available for sale at the end of the activities, there are also selling handcrafts and “souvenirs” in general , and of course, if it is considered such a good service, you can give tips to the guide or/and the staff.

If it rain do you cancel the expeditions?
No, our expeditions can be performed even if it rains. In this case rain is a great advantage since it makes the expedition more exciting and memorable, for your security we do avoid using zip-line and rappel when there is thunderstorms along with the rain.
