Detailed Description
Departing from the Renfe train station next to the new bus station in San Sebastian, in front of the Hotel Silken Amara Plaza at 9:00 AM. You will travel by bus for 2 hours to the famous town of La Rioja, known for its production of local wines.
Upon arrival, you can visit 2 wineries, one is Vivanco where you can also visit its museum, its winery with private guide and its wines tasting, the second stop will be in a cellar of Haro station street, where you can also visit its wineries, vintners, learn the process of making and taste delicious wines.
Afterwards, you can taste typical La Rioja cuisine at a restaurant in the area, with a course of pairing with wines from La Rioja. You will also visit La Guardia, a small walled town located on top of a hill in the heart of the Rioja Alavesa.
Finally, you will prepare to travel back to San Sebastian where the tour ends at the same starting point at approximately 7:00 PM.
