Detailed Description
The tour starts with chocolate tastings in the oldest shop in town, founded in 1796. Four different kind of chocolate will give you the right kick to start this 3 hour walking tour.
You will visit the most famous Italian market: the Quadrilatero. Over there, listening to old legends about food and love you will stop for the second tasting: Parmigiano Reggiano and Balsamico.
Then you will stop for lunch to reveal a mystery: spaghetti Bolognese do not exist in Bologna. To fight this awful belief, you will taste Tagliatelle al Ragù: the real deal. Gnocco fritto and ham are waiting for you at the next stop: what it is Gnocco fritto? Basically, fried heaven.
You will taste as many flavours of gelato as you want. Then you will walk in front of the Two Towers where the tour ends.
