Detailed Description
This half day adventure is one of our most popular tours in Boquete begins with a beautiful horseback ride through the mountains and lowlands surrounding the hot springs.
The horseback adventure passes through dense forest before descending down a rocky country road bordered by a rushing white water river. The tour even stops at ‘La Playita’ a cute little sandy beach-like enclave. A great place to take a dip in the clear water and to let your horse take a drink.
After the horseback adventure, pamper yourself by relaxing and soaking your body in the Caldera hot springs. The water in the many hot springs pools is heated naturally (up to 108 degrees in some cases) by underground streams emanating from deep below the towering Baru Volcano.
Resist the urge to fall asleep however, because there is a rambunctious spider monkey living on the property and she loves to play (and run off with anything she can get her hands on!). This Horses & Hot Springs combo tour is truly a unique experience.
