Kayaking one of the most important rivers in Panama with this 10-hour tour. You will depart from your hotel in Panama City to the Colon dock, where you will board the kayaks and start paddling for 4 hours. Then, you will take a short walk with your guide in the Fort of San Lorenzo and finish the tour back at the same starting point.

Detailed Description
This kayak tour starts from your hotel in Panama City at 7:00 AM. The guide will wait for you in the lobby, to depart in minivan to the Gatun dam of the Panama Canal. This road trip lasts 1.5 hours, on the way you will enjoy a cloudy landscape and part of the jungle of Panama.
Then, at 9:30 AM, you will begin kayaking through a dense tropical forest to the Caribbean ocean. The rowing time will be approximately 4 hours and will also depend on the actual conditions and abilities of the participants, the strength of the wind and the current of the river.
After the kayak, you will make a small stop at the Fort of San Lorenzo. You will learn the history of the place and you will be able to admire its ruins. Next, you will return to Panama City to arrive at the original pick-up location around 5:00 PM.
