Private City and Canal Tour (All Included)

This is an all included City and Canal Tour. The tour is a private tour which means you will not be mixed with other groups, and the transport will be just for you. The order of the day can change sometimes, as we always bring you to the Canal when there are boats going through the locks. The canal schedule changes every day, so we change the order based on this.

The tour starts when you are picked up at your hotel between 8.30am and 9.00am. The first stop is then to the Miraflores Locks Visitor Centre. The entrance fees are included in the price of the tour. Here you go to the museum, watch the boats going through the locks, and watch the movie on the canal.
You will have about 1 hour to enjoy the visitors centre. After seeing the canal, we will then visit the be the Kuna Tribe Marketplace where you can see and purchase local arts and crafts.

Normally around 11:00 we arrive at the newly developed Causeway, where you can take photos with the famous Panama sign, see the city skyline, visit the Duty Free Centre, and see the Bridge of the Americas. During your time in causeway you will also see the Bio Museum and receive an explanation of the history of Panama. You will also be told the secrets of how Causeway was built.

To finish this all included private tour you will be given a walking tour of Casco Viejo. Your guide will show you and explain the history of the most famous plazas and churches. You will also have the opportunity to stop in a few local shops, take photos, and of course ask any questions.

Finally, before being brought back to your hotel, your guide will bring you to see the new city and its amazing architecture.

The tour normally finishes around 14:30 in the afternoon when you will be brought back to your hotel. If the last stop on the tour is Casco, instead of being brought back to your hotel, you might prefer to stay in Casco and try a local restaurant or coffee shop.

Because this is a private tour, if you want to make changes to the order of the itinerary, or stay longer in one place over another, you can do this, just discuss with your guide on the day.
