Detailed Description
You will meet your guide in Piazza Maggiore Square. From there, you will go for coffee at the most quality Caffe in town to begin this 4 hour walking food tour.
Then you will go to the Quadrilatero and Mercato delle Erbe, the foodie heart of Bologna. You will go shopping like the locals inside the most important markets in town. You will learn how tortellini, tortelloni and tagliatelle are made in a traditional fresh pasta artisan.
For lunch, you will go to one of the oldest Osteria in Italy to taste different kind of Bologna cold cuts, local cheeses, breads, balsamic vinegar and a glass of wine. Your last stop is for gelato to enjoy on your way back to Piazza Maggiore Square where the tour ends.
