Cultural Rappel Experience in Capira

Leaving from the Puma station in Centennial, you will find your local guide and then you will board the vehicle that will take you to Capira.

After an hour you will be arriving to the entrance of Capira, but first you will make a stop at a very famous place in Panama: Queso Chela, here you can buy any of its exquisite products. It is important to know that we make this stop because from now on it is a bit limited to buy snacks. So, if you want you can take yours from house.

Then you continue rolling for another 30 minutes until you reach El Cacao. There we will leave the sedan cars and use 4x4 vehicles, which are necessary to reach our destination. Once in the farm, we prepare to carry out the activity, as we have the waterfall very close. The waterfall measures approximately 6 meters, so it is very safe for beginners and experts. If you do not dare to rappel, you can stay in the water, take a bath and enjoy the scenery and the sound of the waterfall.

Once we finish the activity, you will be returning to the farm, where you will eat and then relax in a hammock or practice shooting with an instrument called Biombo. This instrument was used by locals many years ago for hunting. Then you will have a cultural connection with the past with those who lived in these lands.

At the end, you will be making your way to the city, happy to have experienced this adventure with a cultural touch very enriching.
