Moto River Crossing Tour

Experience the off road terrain on one of our Kawasaki KLR 650, Honda XR 600 R, Yamaha XT 250 or even in a Yamaha XT 125 and live the moment with an adrenaline rush. Starting from the coast of the Caribbean city of Tela, you will ride to the dirt roads of the village of La Esperanza, passing through the shallow parts of Rio La Esperanza and up some defiant rocky hills.

Once you cross the rivers and manage through the hills you will arrive at the Garifuna Village of Miami where you can relax, enjoy the Carribean beach and munch on a typical fried fish, fried plantines with rice and beans, Tela’s typical meal. You will also have the opportunity to relax by the beach or mingle with the villagers.

Note:
This tour is more of an activity or an eco / motorcyle – adventure – although the amount of exertion is in a median leveled terrain. On the open stretches, you may go at a fair pace, and once in the rocky hills – just idle along. Thereafter it is relaxing on the beach – or not!
