Gourmet Tapas Route
In this experience of Tapas Gourmet, you can enjoy wine, food and the environment in an area still to be exploited touristic and in which you will be a Madrid over tapas in the neighbourhood. You will leave from the metro station Ibiza and then you will start the beautiful streets of Madrid under the light of the moon, always accompanied by a local guide.

Detailed Description
You will leave from the exit of Metro Ibiza, Line 9 at 8:00 PM. At this point, you will find the guide for the wine and gourmet food route. You will go to the first stop while the guide discusses data and anecdotes about the neighbourhood. You will arrive at a La Mancha tavern that was one of the first ones that bet on revolutionizing the neighbourhood kitchen with high-quality Gourmet products and wines of different designations of origin.
Among its specialities, you can taste Taco de Rabo de Toro, Pan Bao de Duck, Dumplins of suckling pig or escabeche of Iberian prey. Advised by the guide you will try some specialities and accompany them with a select wine. Finished the food and drink, it is time to address the second gastronomic experience.
Next, you will visit a seasonal product tavern with several awards behind you that still fall short of what it offers. You'll find potato croquettes and truffles, hake cheeks, venison with sweet potatoes and seasonal mushrooms. Once again advised by the expert wine guide, we will pair the dishes with Spanish wines from the extensive wine list by the glasses offered by the establishment.
The route continues once the products are tasted towards the third gastro tavern. This place is the winner of awards such as best tapas bar and wine bar. Here you will find delicious confit and baked torreznos, pularda px and tartufato cannelloni, mimosa cheese tartlets and chantarellas. Once again, the guide will advise you on the wine and ask for the food for you.
We leave the previous bar and go to the next, the warmth of the wine and the delicious food will make the walk to the last tavern pleasant and entertained with curiosities of the guide. The distances between taverns are short.
Then, you will arrive at the last tavern on the route. A tavern that has been offering the best market cuisine and products to the neighbourhood for more than 50 years. Here you will find tuna Parpatana, boletus sautéed with truffle, tuna belly with black garlic aioli, oxtail with potatoes and many more dishes that will make you love food even more. An extensive wine list and a purely autochthonous atmosphere will make this experience something authentic Madrid.
To finish the meal there will always be some desserts that will put that sweet touch to the Ruta de Tapas Gourmet. After the dessert, the Gourmet Wine and Tapas Route has ended, and you will have completed the experience in Madrid at 100% and the guide will be able to indicate where to go next.

Cancellation Policy
You can always cancel or change the date of an activity. All reservations cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will have a 100% refund. Those made with less than 24 hours or for not showing up for the activity will not be entitled to a refund.
To request a change or cancellation, please send an email to info@gourmetmadrid.com, including the reference number of the reservation, the name of the person who made the purchase, the name of the activity, the date and the method of payment.
If it is a gift, the cancellation must be requested by the person who booked the activity. The amount of the activities cancelled with less than 24 hours or for not presenting to them will not be reimbursed.
