Detailed Description
You will know the old Islamic part of Granada in a 2 and a half hour walk, you will leave at 10:30 AM from our meeting point in Calle San Jerónimo, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes in advance. Next, you will visit the essential monuments of the post-Christian reconquest era, such as the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel, the Merchants Market and the Royal Chancery.
During this experience you will also admire the main monuments of Granada and its peculiar history that is hidden behind its iconic architecture such as El Albayzín, Teterías street, the Mirador de Carvajales and many more stories told by the local guide.
Also, you will know the history of some main characters like the Catholic Monarchs and King Carlos V, in the Alhambra, Generalife and the Palace of Carlos V; the Mudejar neighborhood and the Albayzín neighborhood where you will discover the typical granadian Cármenes, the water transportation system and other legends. After this activity, we will finish our tour again at our starting point.
