Detailed Description

It is your only opportunity to enjoy from a different perspective the biodiversity of Panama's tropical rainforest. It is a circuit of 8 hanging bridges of 4.5 kilometres of travel on the tops of the trees.

The Puentes tour takes place within the Rio Cristal private forest reserve, located in the Talamanca mountain range bordering La Amistad International Park (P.I.L.A.). You will be accompanied by a local guide, who will help you to know the exuberant flora and fauna of our forests in their natural habitat.

The hanging bridges of Boquete Tree Trek range from 70 to 135 meters long and reach heights from 10 to 75 meters above the ground. In addition, you will cross 6 trails that measure from 185m to 1.5 km, reaching heights ranging from 1,660 to 1,827 meters above sea level.

This makes us the only organized system of Hanging Bridges in Panama, activity full of adrenaline and adventure, medium difficulty, that can enjoy children and adults in good physical condition. We invite you to join us in this fascinating adventure.
