Detailed Description
Before you get into a speed boat, your bilingual tour guide will give you an overview of what you’ll be doing. They are all experienced and truly know how to make the whole tour a memorable and safe activity for everyone, so don’t hesitate to ask them anything.
Your tour guide will lead the way to the coral reef, this is the second largest reef in the whole world so you can imagine how much there will be to explore. Since we want you to have fun and enjoy the tour, we only take small groups so you can feel comfortable all the time.
This is when you get to jump into the water and try out snorkeling in one of Cancun’s best snorkeling spots. You will actually get to see a vast diversity of marine life, so don’t forget to bring your camera because you’ll be able to spot turtles, starfish, stingrays and many other species of fish that live among the corals.
While you snorkel, there will be a guide snorkeling along with you. He will be pointing out the wildlife that is particularly interesting and some of the MUSA (Underwater Museum Sculptures), as well as helping anyone who has never snorkeled before.
Don’t worry if you’re not an expert snorkeler or a non-swimmer because actually all you have to do is focus on enjoying yourself and exploring your surroundings.

- The visit to the underwater museum is subject to weather conditions and guide's safety discretion.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund canceling 48 hours in advance.
70% refund canceling 24 hours in advance.
Canceling on the activity day or not taking the tour will be marked as “No Show” and non-refund will be done.
Reschedule has no cost, as far as the request is made 24 hours before your activity.
Please note: This is as a courtesy to open up space for guests who might be waiting in line for our activities.
If your booking was made online and the reservation is cancelled (whether this be by Jungle Tour Adventure or yourself) the amount owed will be paid in a deposit in the same account or a credit can be used to reschedule.
Reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty when the weather conditions don’t allow the service to take place.
In the event of illness, a doctor’s note must be presented to receive a refund or to reschedule without penalty.
In package arrangements, cancellation of the activity nulls the package price and the remaining services are charged at full price. (the remaining services may cost more individually than the original package.)
This policy does not cover transportation costs, if applicable.

Where are you located?
We are located across the street from the “J. W. Marriot Hotel” on the lagoon side at the Hotel Zone’s 14.5 km. in the parking lot of “Fred’s House Restaurant”. You will see a white speedboat outside the check-in office.
