Key Summit Day Walk
Enjoy a full day tour in which you will travel by bus through the Milford Road to the valley where the Key Summit is to discuss your walk. Before starting you will be offered morning tea, coffee or fruit juice and the famous fresh cooking. At the summit you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the alpine lakes in several valleys carved by glaciers. The start and end of the tour will be at your hotel in Te Anau.

Detailed Description
On this full day tour, you will enjoy a walk in Key Summit, you will be picked up at your hotel in Te Anau at 8:30 AM on a bus by your guide. You will travel through the world famous Milford Road on our way to the main division that separates the Eglinton Valley and the Hollyford Valley.
Then you will start your walk that begins in "Divide" and before starting the walk you will be offered a wonderful morning tea, coffee or fruit juice, and the famous fresh cooking. Then you will start your way through an incredible bush on a winding and well-formed track that requires a level of physical condition from mild to medium.
In the bushes line, you will experience unique alpine vegetation as we zigzag to Key Summit at the same pace all the way. If the weather is favorable, we will have some compliments during the day that will take you from wonderful views to magnificent views.
At the summit, you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the alpine lakes in several valleys carved by glaciers, and views of the highest mountains of Fiordland. You'll be on the famous Routeburn track for a good part of the day. At the end of the tour, we will leave you back at your hotel around 4:30 PM.
