Detailed Description
The meeting point will be in front of the Abbey Hotel on Terrace Walk at 9:00 AM where you will meet the local guide and start this trip to the outskirts of Bath. As a first point you will travel to the famous Nunney Castle, built at the end of the 14th century.
Next, you will visit the famous city of Glastonbury, frequented by New Age. Here you can admire Glastonbury Tor which is an old hill, which is connected to King Arthur and Geneva. You'll also see Glastonbury Chalice Well which is located between Tor and Chalice Hill, the sacred and lovely Chalice Gardens in Glastonbury.
Then, you will visit the Glastonbury Abbey, the most important and fascinating in England. It was here that King Arthur was buried. You will continue the trip to Wells, where you will make a walking tour around the city and admire the beautiful cathedral of Wells.
The tour will end at the same starting point in Bath, where the local guide can provide you with all the necessary information to return to your hotel.
