Detailed Description
This is a 4-hour tour of the City of Lemon, which begins at the entrance of the cruise terminal. From there you will be taken by bus to a viewpoint where you can have a beautiful panoramic view of the city. Then you will be transported to the Tortuguero Channel where you will be a guide will be giving you information of the animals that are found along the way.
Then you will be taken to Playa Bonita, a beach with white sand in which you will spend a while before continuing with the tour. After that, you will make 3 more stops, one in a greengrocer so you can enjoy delicious tropical fruits, another stops in a banana plantation where you will learn the process of planting, care and harvest for export. After all this adventure you will be taken to a popular supermarket in Limón where you can buy Costa Rican coffee. At the end of this tour you will return to the cruise terminal.

How can I pay the day of the tour?
You should take US dollars in low denominations, enough for your expenses during the trip. In most supermarkets and restaurants you can pay with credit or debit card.

Do children pay the same price?
No. Infants under 3 years old don’t pay, you can bring them for free. Children from 3 to 12 years old pay a discounted price. Adults (13 years old and up) pay the regular price for the tour.

How should I be dressed for the tours?
We recommend comfortable clothes & shoes, and a raincoat in case of rain. Keep in mind that the weather is usually warm.

What happens if the cruise ship arrives late?
If the cruise ship is late, we will wait for you if possible until we are sure you’ve checked in.
In the unfortunate event that your cruise ship doesn’t arrive or is too late to adjust the schedule, we are unable to deliver the tour. -
How does the reservation work?
Booking your tour on any date is free. You can book your tour online by completing the required information in the blue form on the tour’s page.
You pay the balance in cash on the day of the tour. You don’t have to include infants in the booking as they travel for free.
