We go rain or shine. We take your credit card information at the time of the reservation to uphold the cancellation policy. We run at capacity most of the season and turn away others to hold the space for you. We reserve the space for you and you in turn agree to pay for the tour.

At least 7 days before your trip: There will be no charge if we are advised of the cancellation at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled departure, as we are generally able to resell your space to others.

Between 3 and 7 days of the trip: If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel your tour within 48 hours or less of your scheduled departure.

If you do not show up on the day of your tour: Because we turn away others to hold the space for you, and drivers are scheduled based on your being on the trip, these costs cannot be recouped and therefore, you will be charged as though you are on the tour.

Please Note: If roads are closed due to weather conditions or other closures, we reserve the right to substitute an alternate route.
