Detailed Description
You will start the day in Perth with a coffee or tea, a pinch of culture, art and history (food can be purchased during the tour). You will visit secret gardens, discover hidden art while you learn about the city.
During the tour you will explore the Perth Heritage Site, the old district of theaters and former educational venues. You will enjoy a coffee or tea in the popular local cafe (included) and while you enjoy a beautifully reused heritage space in a forgotten area. You will visit secret gardens, discover the hidden art while you learn about some of the most interesting anecdotes about the city.
At the end of the visit, your kind guide will accompany you to one of the most important and recently renovated buildings in Perth, the state buildings. Formerly the headquarters of the General Post Office, the Office of Property Titles, the Treasury and the Parliament, this complex contains 120 years of stories to share. Today, the state buildings house a hotel and many food and beverage stores.
After the tour, you can explore the new public spaces of the historic Plaza of the cathedral and the new Elizabeth Quay.
