Detailed Description
This 2 hour walking tour begins from the Royal Concert Hall and continues via Glasgow School of Art and finishes in King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut.
You will hear tales from the late Apollo, check out the home of Celtic Connections and marvel at the many successful bands that started out at King Tut’s. Finishing at the famous venue, this tour includes the opportunity to follow in the early footsteps of Oasis, Blur, and the Manic Street Preachers. Depending on access, you may have the chance to stand under the lights at King Tut’s and grab a selfie on the stage that helped launch so many great acts. The tour ends at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut.

Cancellation more than 24 hours before tour departure time: full refund less administration fee or transfer to another date or tour.
Cancellation within 24 hours or less of tour departure time: no refund will be given.

Are tours ever cancelled because of bad weather?
Unless the Met Office has issued a warning of severe gales and advised against travel, tours will take place. Heavy rain, snow, or wind will not halt the tours. If you are unsure, email us: info@glasgowmusiccitytours.com or call +44 131 558 2715 Glasgow can be sunny but is not generally known as a place to top up your tan. Our guides are good at finding sheltered spots en route but warm and waterproof clothing are recommended. An umbrella may prove useful.
