Perro Chico Island 2 Night 3 Day Tour from Panama City

This 2 night and 3 day tour to Perro Chico Island in San Blas begins when you are picked up at your hotel or residence in Panama City between 5:15am and 5:45am in the morning. The transport is in a 4X4 vehicle with capacity for 6 passengers plus the driver. All drivers and vehicles are authorized by the tourism board and have the necessary insurance. The driver will stop at a supermarket on the way to the port of San Blas so you can use the bathroom and buy supplies for your stay.

You will arrive at the port of San Blas at 8:30 in the morning, you will meet your guide and then board the boat to go to the island. You will arrive at Perro Chico Island at 9:30am and you will be given time to complete the registration and put your things in your cabin.

Accommodation:
- The private cabins are wooden structures with cement floors and consist of a double and a single bed. If you book for 1, 2 or 3 people, you will receive 1 cabin. And if you book for 4 or 5 people, you will receive 2 cabins.
-The cabins have a main light, but only until a certain hour at night. The time that the light switches off changes depending on the amount of people on the island, maybe 8:00pm or 9:00pm. So, it is recommended that you bring a flashlight or have your phone fully charged. There are no electric sockets in the cabins, so you must charge your devices in the restaurant if you need to.

Bathrooms:
-In the middle of the Island there is a shared wash house, that has private bathrooms and private showers. The water is not heated. There is toilet paper in the toilets but recommended to bring your own soaps, shampoos, and bring toilet paper just in case.
-There is a cabin that have their own private bathroom.
-There are cabins that do not have a private bathroom and use the shared bathroom house.

Day 1:
-After you get settled into your cabin, you can spend the morning on the Perro Chico Island enjoying the beach and its crystal clear waters.
- You will have lunch at Perro Chico Island around 12:00pm. After lunch, you will spend the afternoon on the beach of Perro Chico Island and then have dinner around 5:00 pm. At night it is relaxing, and we suggest you sleep early to get up early to enjoy more time on the beach. But you are welcome to have some beers and listen to music and enjoy as well.

Day 2:
-Day 2 begins with breakfast between 7am and 8:30 am. After breakfast you will spend the morning on the beach of Perro Chico Island. You will have lunch around noon and then you can continue on the beach of Perro Chico Island or ask your guide to go to another island, for an additional cost (optional trip to the natural pool for an extra USD 3). After enjoying the beach at Perro Chico Island, you will have dinner around 5:00 pm and spend the night at Perro Chico Island.

Day 3:
-You will have breakfast between 7:00 am and 8:00 am. After breakfast you will be asked to leave your cabin. Then you will spend the morning on the beach, have lunch around noon. Then your guide will take you to one more island and to the Natural Swimming Pool where you can see the starfish (do not take them out of the water) and you can snorkel. After this, you will return to the port by boat to board the vehicle that will take you to your hotel / residence in Panama City.

Return to Panama
- You will arrive at the port around 4:30 pm on the last day and they will take you to Panama City in 4X4 where you will be arriving around 7:00 pm.

Pricing for Children:
- 10 Years Old and Over – Pays full price and pay entrance to the reserve
- 9 Years Old and Under – Pays full price for the tour, but does not need to pay the entrance to the reserve
- 4 Years Old and Under – The tour is free, but it does not include drinks and food, this can be paid for additionally. The entrance to the reserve is also free. If the child does not go on the parent’s lap during the transport, then they will have to pay 50 (USD) for the transport.

* Regular option for breakfast, lunch and dinner:
Breakfast: Hojaldra or tortilla with scrambled or fried eggs (may vary).
Lunch and dinner: Fish of the day or chicken with fried plantains, french fries or rice with coconut and salad.
It is possible to eat lobster for an additional price from 12.00 USD.
(Lobsters are in closed season from March 1 to June 30 of each year, so its consumption is prohibited in these months).

* Vegetarian option for breakfast, lunch and dinner:
Breakfast: Fruits, hojaldra or tortilla.
Lunch and dinner: Salad with fried plantains or rice with coconut.

*Traslado desde Playa Bonita
Podemos coordinar tu traslado desde Playa Bonita (ida y vuelta) por un costo adicional de 10 USD por persona que pagas en efectivo directamente a tu conductor. Te recogen en tu hotel o residencia de Playa Bonita entre las 4:30am y las 4:50am de la mañana.
