Detailed Description
The meeting point will be at 10:40 AM at the Jury's Inn Hotel, behind the Brighton station. Here you will find the local guide who will show you your seats and then you will leave for this unforgettable experience full of beautiful landscapes.
The first point will be South Downs and the famous rolling hills of chalk, created for thousands of years by farmers who graze their animals. Here you will also get to know the Devil's Dyke, on top of the plains with views of up to 30 miles through the lowlands of Weald, at this stop you will stay for 20 minutes where you will also hear the history of this place.
Next, you'll see the road to Middle Farm, a traditional Sussex farm that has belonged to the same family for over 200 years. You will be able to know all the products, elaboration processes and history that this farm offers to the people of Sussex. You can be here for 30 minutes where, too, if you like, you can go to the cafeteria of the place.
Then, the tour continues towards Seven Sisters Country Park and the white cliffs. You'll meet Beachy Head, the local guide will take you to the top of England's tallest chalk cliff, which measures 530 feet. You will also visit the Birling Gap where you can admire the coastal erosion. At this point you will be for 20 minutes.
Before finalizing, you will know Seaford Head, where the sight of the Seven Sisters is amazing. Here you can take incredible pictures of the famous white cliffs. You will also visit the village of Rottingdean, which was the home of Rudyard Kipling, author of Jungle Book. You will arrive in Brighton at approximately 4:30 PM at the same starting point at the Jury's Inn Hotel.
