Detailed Description
Your guide will pick you up at 8.30 AM at your hotel in Lisbon, Sintra or Cascais to take you to Sintra, former summer residence of the Portuguese kings, famous for its castles, historical mansions and royal palaces.
Go uphill to the Pena Palace and enjoy amazing views of the Moorish castle. You can visit inside the palace for 1.5 hours. Then, you can have an optional free time at the old village, only accessible on foot.
You will then stop for lunch (not included) at a nearby village or at the coast of Sintra. After lunch, you will go to Cabo da Roca, passing beautiful palaces and old, historical mansions. Then, you will go to the fisherman’s village of Cascais and pass by Guincho Beach. In Cascais you will have free time to explore the village.
The last stop of your 8 hour tour is Estoril, where Ian Flemming inspired 007 James Bond. After some time in Estoril, your guide will drive you back to your hotel in Lisbon, Sintra or Cascais.
