Detailed Description
In Mimo's Tapas tasting tour you will taste the tapas of Seville, being the contemporary Andalusian version of one of the most popular experiences tapas tours and monumentally, more famous than its gigantic Cathedral. Once you have mastered the classics, sipped salmorejo and gorged on spinach and garbanzos, you will be able to graduate to the Avant-Garde food scene on this tour.
When you enter you will meet with young chefs, in love of the city’s product but hungry for new technique and new flavors, they will craft in front of you exciting dishes like mushroom cake and stewed lamb in steam buns.
At the end of this tour time you will try 3 different restaurants and sampled 12 different dishes. Come thirsty too, as these bars featured the most amazing menus, they will also take out wine lists, with a focus on local and organic wines made in Seville.
