Detailed Description
The meeting point will be at 7:00 PM at the fish fountain in Marienplatz, this square is in the center of the city so it is quite easy to locate. Here you will meet the local guide, give you a welcome drink (a cold beer) and you will start this adventure.
Then, you will hear a little about the history of Munich along this night walk, admire the beautiful architectural buildings, enjoy the view of the river Isar while you watch the sunset.
On this tour you will also learn a little about the darkest moments in the most recent history, you will hear about the Third Reich and the history of Nazi Germany. The tour ends in Platzl outside the world-famous Hofbräuhaus.

Do we need to book this tour in advance?
Absolutely not but we would really appreciate if you did. We always have enough space to accommodate anyone that would like to join us on our tours but for the Twilight and a Beer tour, it would be helpful to book in advance so the tour guide knows how many beers to bring along :)

What is the exact difference between the 2 different walking tours?
Virtually they are all the same tour, however, on our twilight and a beer walking tour, you get a free beer and we walk thoughout the city with a nice cold beer!

What happens if it rains?
Then we embrace the liquid sunshine! We are flexible for you to change your tour time to any other time that we offer.

What happens if we want more than one beer?
Our tour guide will bring generally enough for you to purchase another beer (€ 2.50 EUR). or feel free to bring along an extra beer or two for yourself.
