Detailed Description
You will start from the offices of Kilkenny Cycling Tours at 10:00 AM, where you will meet your local guide, they will give you your bike and helmet to start with this wonderful tour of the medieval capital of Ireland.
First, you will make a 1.5 hour tour of the national sport of Ireland, the Hurling. You will learn the history of where it came from, visit the Nolan Park stadium and some techniques of this passionate sport.
Then, you will get to know everything about the city of Kilkenny, also known as the medieval city. At this point you will visit places like Kilkenny Castle, St. Canices Cathedral and Round Tower. You will always be accompanied by your local guide who will be the narrator of this unforgettable adventure. The tour ends at the same starting point.
