Detailed Description

Visit Chiapas, one of the States of Mexico, with more mysticism and traditions, cradle of the Mayan Culture, where you will travel by boat the majestic Sumidero Canyon observing all kinds of flora and fauna that will make you feel a peace and tranquillity that will welcome all your senses. You will have the opportunity to interact with the indigenous communities of Zinacantán and San Juan Chamula, visit the archaeological sites of Palenque where you will admire its impressive waterfalls, in Yaxchilan its ceremonial temples with their stelae, which narrate the dynasty of the city of those yesterdays, Bonampak where admire both their temples and murals that narrate the social, political and religious life of the Maya. And finally, you should not miss the opportunity to go hiking in the interior of the Selva Lacandona. Come on!

DAY 1: CITY OF ORIGIN / TUXTLA GUTIÉRREZ-SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LAS CASAS (Sumidero Canyon)
Assistance at the airport or bus terminal of the City of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, exit to the viewpoints of the sinkhole (La Ceiba, La Coyota, El Roblar, El Tepehuaje and the Chiapas) * subject to availability *. Later departure to the jetty to make a boat ride, the proportion of the rocks, the strength of the river, together with the sounds of birds, monkeys and crocodiles, make this place a unique spectacle. It’s almost vertical walls reach a thousand meters in height and are part of the most important natural beauties of Mexico and in this interesting journey, we will end up walking in the beautiful Magical Town of Chiapa de Corzo, it is a colonial city full of color, tradition and culture , you can admire the Mudéjar Colonial Fountain, the Santo Domingo Ex-Convent, an architectural work that highlights the splendor of the 16th century, with Renaissance and neoclassical Gothic inspirations, (time to eat in a typical restaurant - not included) and continuation of the trip to San Cristóbal de las Casas and accommodation.

DAY 2: SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LAS CASAS (Indigenous Peoples)
Breakfast and at 9:00 a.m. visit to the indigenous communities of Zinacantán, Tzotzil people "Place of Murciélagos" where the sacred spaces are marked by the hills that surround the small valley and the group formed by the San Lorenzo church, of colonial origin but remodeled at the beginning of the 20th century and the chapels of Esquipulas and San Sebastián, the Community Museum "Ik alojov" will be known, it is a traditional house of straw and mud, where the Zinacanteco cultural wealth is synthesized, another Museum is the "Antzetic ta jteclum" that exhibits and sells textiles ( the most interesting thing in these museums is that the guided tours are given by the indigenous themselves), then we will move to another indigenous community of San Juan Chamula, Tzotzil community (forbidden to take photographs of the Church), The architecture of the temple is colonial style, It does not have benches to sit on, as the inhabitants pray on their knees and create a very special mystical atmosphere when performing rituals mixed with the evangelization, return to the hotel and lodging.

DAY 3: SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LAS CASAS (Cascadas de Agua Azul, Misol Ha and Palenque Archaeological Zone)
Appointment at 5:00 a.m. at reception to go to the Agua Azul Waterfalls, flora and fauna protection area, also known as Agua Azul waterfall, fascinating for its blue and white waters, which flow into natural pools, continuation to the Misol Ha waterfall, beautiful fall of water, famous for the harmony that conjugates the elements water and jungle, cascade of approximately 25 meters of height, that when falling forms a wide pool and it is possible to contemplate hundreds of endemic species and finally you will finish in the archaeological zone of Palenque, archaeological site Maya, nestled in the center of a tropical jungle. DAY 4: PALENQUE (Archaeological Zone of Yaxchilan and Bonampak)
Departure at 06:00 a.m. to Frontera Corozal to take the boat that will take us to the Archaeological Zone of Yaxchilan, surrounded by the Usumacinta River, it is one of the most beautiful cities of the Mayan culture. On the site you can admire three buildings called Great Acropolis; small Acropolis and South Acropolis, in the grounds of the Great Plaza, there is a ball game, besides steles that narrate the dynastic history of the city, food, later we will move to the San Javier cruise to take the transport of the Lacandones that will take us to the Archaeological Zone of Bonampak, this ceremonial center, located in the heart of the Lacandon jungle, describes through its murals the social, political and religious life of the Mayans. Executed with mastery and an impressive naturalism, in the murals appears the portrait of the last ruler Chan Muan, return to the hotel and lodging. Breakfast on the way.

DAY 5: PALENQUE (Adventure Lacandona)
Departure at 06:00 am, we will have a quite adventurous day, we will hike through the Lacandon jungle, belonging to the Montes Azules Biosphere Reserve, it is a privileged place on the planet. It is considered one of the most biologically diverse regions in the humid tropics of America. It is the largest expanse of evergreen forest in Mexico, continuation to the town of Lacanjá and to end this adventurous journey, visit the waterfalls of Moctuniha, entering the interior of the Selva Lacandona, you will find these great treasures, return to the hotel and accommodation. Breakfast on the way.

DAY 6: PALENQUE-VILLAHERMOSA / CITY OF ORIGIN
Breakfast and transfer to the airport of the City of Villahermosa, and end of our services.

Individual circuits
At all times, the user or consumer may desist from the services requested or contracted, having a penalty of 20% of the total value of the package in high or low season.

If the cancellation occurs in the low season between 30 to 19 working days before the start date of the trip, there will be a surcharge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount of the services contracted.

If the cancellation occurs in the low season from 18 to 15 business days before the start date of the trip, there will be a surcharge of thirty-five percent (35%) of the total amount of the services contracted.

If the cancellation occurs in the low season between 14 to 10 business days before the start date of the trip, there will be a surcharge of fifty percent (50%) of the total of the services contracted.

If the cancellation occurs in the low season between the 9th day of work until the start date of the trip, it will cause a surcharge of one hundred percent (100%) of the total of the services contracted.

If the cancellation occurs in high season from 45 to 31 business days before the start of the trip, it will cause a surcharge of 50% of the total of the services contracted.

If the cancellation occurs in high season of 30 working days to the non-presentation of the start of the trip, being high season, will cause a surcharge of 100% of the total of the services contracted.
