Detailed Description
This tour includes full meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday breakfast and lunch).
This experience comes with a tour of turtles, which is a tour of the beach for the sighting of Tortoises Lora. There will be 2 tours (at night and at dawn) accompanied by local guides.
The accommodation is shared, this means that per room will be allocated between 4 and 5 people, each with its respective bed. For couples there are some matrimonial beds, but will be assigned in the order in which they are requested. Each room has a private bathroom and air conditioning.
Guaitil is a small town within the province of Guanacaste, located on the old route between Nicoya and Santa Cruz. The village is well known for its pre-Columbian pottery Chorotega style. Local artisans use the traditions and techniques of their ancestors to produce ceramics that are used in the village and are on sale for tourists. Those who want a souvenir can expect to find clay pots, jugs, vases and many other crafts.
Playa San Juanillo is a beach near Ostional, with white sand and turquoise waters. There is a formation that divides the beach in two and at the tip of the formation there is a mountain that can be climbed without much effort and allows to have an impressive view
Ostional beach is known because many turtles come out to spawn, practically all year round, but the "massive arrivals" only occur a few times, and when thousands of turtles come out to spawn at the same time, during a period of 2 to 3 Days, one after another without stopping. This phenomenon occurs only once a month between the months of August and October.
