Detailed Description
On this tour that passes through different wineries where you can walk through vineyards, learn about the process of making wine and make a tasting. You will leave Director Park, Portland at 10:00 AM to go to Willamate Valley, along the way we will pass through lavender fields, beautiful valleys and farms.
During this beautiful journey the guide will be sharing with you, the history of Oregon and the production of wine as well as explaining how the valley was formed.
Then they will arrive at the first winery where they will talk a bit about wine making, and then stop for lunch at a local café. After eating something you will continue the tour with the 2 more wineries where you can make tastings.
The price of the tastings is in the price of the ticket. Many of the wineries sell wine at very good prices and most offer the option of shipping to your home.
The end of the tour will be at 4:30 PM at the pick-up point (Director Park).

Where does the tour start exactly?
The general tour pick up and drop off location will be in Director Park in downtown Portland, at the corner SW Taylor and SW 9th across the street from Starbucks. This location is easily accessible via the public transit system (MAX line, street car and bus) and is also within walking distance of most downtown hotels. If you are arriving by car, there is a convenient public parking garage near Director Park called SmartPark Garage. Please plan to meet your guide for the Director Park pick up 5 minutes before the tour start time.
