Detailed Description
Departing at 9:30 AM from your hotel in the city of Madrid, you will travel to a winery producing high-quality wines based on Garnacha, during the tour you will be accompanied by a local guide, who will tell you interesting facts about this production of wines, you will learn about its origin and production process while you visit the vineyard and taste samples of 3 different wines.
Then, you will make a stop to visit the millennial group of sculptures of Toros de Guisando and then, it will be time to enjoy lunch, you can choose different traditional dishes from Ávila such as the famous Chuletón de Buey (a rib eyelet with a very thick bone) and a well-deserved rest.
After lunch, you will take a guided walking tour to explore the medieval walls with more than 80 crenellated and semicircular 9-door towers. In addition, you will visit the cathedral and the other main attractions of the city. You will prepare to leave again for Madrid, where the tour will end at approximately 5:30 PM at the same starting point.
